Which combined version of each (totally real) creature takes it?

The Loch Ness Monster did fight Godzilla once.

He was also Jack the Ripper!

Much impressive. Team Bigfoot gets bionic parts and is a alien on Earth (Johnny Quest version, the hairy man thing is a disguise to their real form.)

But yeah Loch Ness Monster has way more buzz/events that happened.

The American Godzilla got retconned into Zilla during Final Wars. But still, fighting a Kaiju is nothing to sneeze at; he'd probably be a Manda-level threat. As in, a city-wrecker. Bigfoot, has quite a few different guises to date.

The cartoon 'Zilla was noticeably much more powerful than it's movie counterpart. He even had the old atomic breath back.

Zilla is Zilla. Godzilla TAS was Godzilla jr or jr.

Not Zilla. And was really, really bad ass.
