The ones I know are actually guilty of most of those, so a conviction should be pretty easy as long as you follow the rules.

John Doe, AKA The Joker, Joe Kerr, etc (DCU) (Charges: Got an hour?)

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, it's the fucking Joker! Do I really need to say anything more than that? And before the defense tries to claim insanity, it is obviously clear he understands the difference between right and wrong, because he has been recorded repeatedly saying that he gets gleeful enjoyment out of committing his myriad of crimes precisely because they're wrong and he finds that 'funny'. Any sentence outside of the death penalty will only result in his escaping and committing more atrocities that quite frankly make his case more fitting for the International Criminal Court in the Hague! And can you people rest at night knowing you allowed him even the chance to get free?

Furiosa (Charges: Murder, Kidnapping, Treason, Grand Theft, Grand Theft Auto, Reckless Endangerment, Every Moving Violation In The Bloody Book)

Your Honor, considering that Miss Furiosa is from a region where law and order have fundamentally collapsed in the first place, and that the victim, one Immortan Joe, was guilty of even worse crimes (kidnapping, slavery, rape, torture, murder, etc.), I move that she be deported to her place of origin.

Going to be honest, unless I can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that Bruce IS Batman, I don't think I could get him charged. He'll have WAY better lawyers and, potentially, people like Martian Manhunter to pose as Batman to prove his innocence.
