My life would be complete.
Well, I already own the tpbs of both series up to Blackest Night....
Passing on the GL omnibus for the moment, unless they release an OHC of GLC 1-13. I'll stick to the tpbs otherwise.
Was gonna dive in Doom Patrol, but then I saw Guardians of the Galaxy, and opened up the Annihilation Omnibus instead.....
Damn, didn't even know the second printing dropped already. I'll have to scoop it and the volume 2 up soon.
I think it'll be here Friday, would you rather watch a video as I open the box? Haha
Doom Patrol is on the waaaay. Stoked.
Count me in for Absolute Transmet. I'd've settled for an omnibus of a few deluxes, but beggars can't be choosers.
gave this a shot...came to about 115 USD :/
Still waiting on my Final Incal from Amazon...this is getting annoying
He also likes to take stabs at Marvel and DC, which, by all means, do so. But instead of having a social commentary on those things he takes stabs at...he kinda just does the same thing as they...
I dig it up until about 50(as I did with Walking dead), but after that, it kinda falls off. The last two or three years of issues have been SHOCK SHOCK AND MORE SHOCK JUST CUZ...
Yeah man, there were a few parts like that. And the writing is top notch
I really enjoyed it. I feel the story/writing is more "literary" if you will, than some other comics. That's the best...
aaaand finished Daytripper. Guys and gals, go pick this book up. It blew me away.
Like, it's a contender for top 10 limited series.
Just started Daytripper deluxe, and dog damn this book is awesome. Halfway through in one sitting, i'll wrap it up tomorrow
I beg to differ. Invisibles anyone?
...I'll take a piss in there too.
I read them for the first time last year via UXM omnibus 1, and until Byrne started co plotting/writing/artisting, those sole Claremont issues were a bit of a...
I'd love an omnibus of they're run....but I'd honestly enjoy a Perez collection a bit more...
Just got mine in the mail too, and talked a buddy into buying it as well. Really looking forward to it, never read Sin City before(Gasp, I know, it's a...sin...)
just got escapo in the mail too, really looking forward to digging in.
The facial expressions alone- Bruce, Ralph, Ollie. Damn near perfect
I have my Definitive Irredeemable signed by Waid...he was pretty enthusiastic about putting out a volume 2 was he was signing it....that was almost 2 years ago now :/
Like other's have said, standalone. I like to view it as the spiritual sequel to Robinson's The Golden Age(Man, that was a good book too!)
I don't think they have. Anyone know what size the reprints of the Conan archives are? But I hope they continue to release Colossal Conon volume 2 at some point haha
