What was wrong with Karen Gillan’s acting? Or did you mean Zoe Saldana or Big Dave?

    Zoe SalsaVerde.

Gillan and Big Dave did well.

Hell Dave did better than well. If anyone had told me a few years back before the MCU started winding up that one of the highlights of a future Guardians of the Galaxy movie would be Batista I would have been extremely skeptical.

Really? All his laughs sounded fake.

You're talking about a character that doesn't understand metaphor's aren't real, has no filter, and is otherwise only emotive when combat or other people's embarassment/suffering are involved. Why would his laughter sound particularly human/genuine.

Eh, I can see what you are getting at, but I still thought he did a pretty good job. His interactions with Mantis were pretty funny to me :P

I see Drax as being comparable to Luke Cage. That would make for a decent rumble actually.

I wonder if he will get a retcon to his origin akin to his comic counterpart and get amped up to get revenge on thanos or whether peter will be the powerhouse of the team once his other godly self kicks in and if it does I would think both of them throwing against the hulk and Thor would be interesting to see.

That's a rather strange question. That's like asking "Why should Drax's emotions look real?"

Hell, going into the movie with months of all those trailers of Groot and Rocket, if you told me Drax would be the scene stealer, I would've been skeptical.

Guardians 2 ending Pete does not have celestial powers anymore. Trade off for killing his father.
