Way to go, Old Man Ollie 1962! That cover was on my short list, so I'm not surprised at all that it won.

Thanks also to you and seismic-2 for voting for my cover.

    Congrats, Old Man, nice win.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Congratulations, Old Man Ollie! I guess it is appropriate that a Daredevil cover won...he must have the most covers with a church featured!

I'll post these images of a Fantastic Four and an Doctor Doom print that I picked up from the artist at C2 E2 some years back. The web site is modhero.com They're sort of an Arts and Crafts style of stained glass. I don't think he works in glass though. Just art posters.

Congratulations to Old Man Ollie for his Marvelous cover of one of the best Daredevil stories ever. A sign that we all can find both good and less good in every decade we look in.

As for what the captain has learned this week... he's realized that the women on the covers he's picked have failed to get him votes. He had totally misconstrued this "sexy sells" quality. Maybe I'll try a sausage fest this week. Kielbasa for everyone!

    Congratulations Old Man Ollie 1962

Gorgeous classic cover - with great stained glasses (and I post this really near to Notre Dame de Paris) and perfect red costume (I assume it's for the Labour Party, isn't It?)

And of course thanks for the votes for the Sienkiewicz's cover!
