Default Is there a book in Marvel's universe on why mutants aren't people?

I mean do you think there is a book in that universe done by a racist/specist normal ordinary human with a racist/specist/ignorant/hateful book on why mutants are not considered people similar to the the early 1800's when slavery was legal when whites thought they were "superior" and considered anyone who didn't look white as "inferior" as there was a book by Buckner Payne who made pamphlets and a book that was a guide to why people of different skin like negros to Arabs were considered not human and were considered "dumb animals"?

You mean about that topic exactly or just propaganda that they look like monsters and dress funny? Kid Omegas outfit was taken from a newspaper in the 60s in I think Uncanny X-Men v1 14 about your mutant stereotype with ugly facial features etc.

Either way you know if they made a hateful book in that universe like if it was made by a Friends of Humanity member on portraying mutants sometimes as "inferior" and not people just like that 1867 book on why nonwhites like Negros (when slavery was legal) to Arabs were considered not human based on the color of their skin and the negros were considered "animals".

At the end of the X-Treme X-Men annual they have Kitty trolling forums of friends of humanity and they have unflattering pictures of all the X-Men with blurbs on how dangerous they are. Can't really think of any more. Mostly mutants/mutates are dangerous unless you count Genosha where mutants were slaves.

Some mutants are if they are bad but most are usually harmless and good to humans and can have relationship with ordinary regular humans.

    Much worse.
The existance of Sentinels suggests that there is or was an actual Federal law that stated Mutants aren't human.

Mutants themselves identify as another species with Homo-Superior instead of Homosapien. I could see where mutants aren't classified as humans in the MU. I just wonder how that effects civil rights. Truth is Marvel does skirt that a little Mutants are oppressed but it's treated more like the civil rights movement but this could be far worse more like Per-Civil War America where they're not even given human rights became their not seen as human.
