Teela was always meant to become the new Sorceress once the old one died (especially being her daughter and all). She always had that snake motif both in her staff and her action figure armor.

Maybe it's just my own personal nostalgia for the animated series, but I've enjoyed this series immensely since it launched. I do wish they could find a more distinctive artist; Mhan's art is serviceable but is definitely the weak component of the book.

I'm enjoying this series a lot more than I ever expected to, actually. I'm glad to see they have big plans for it going forward, too, as it gives me hope that it'll last a little bit longer than I expected it to.

As weird as it may sound the current on-going He-Man is literally the comic I enjoy the most month after month.
