Not surprised in either case. Superior Foes was always a niche idea and New Warriors had been chasing Avengers Undercover down the charts.

    I know...

This has been a crap time for me comic book wise. Dc's 2 best series got new creative ttems (GA and WW), Cyclops and Moon knight got new creative teams, and now Superior foes is ending.
Ugh, we better get some good aannouncemets quick

It upsets me when good series get cancelled.

In retrospect, New Warriors might have lasted longer if it had been
packaged as part of the Avengers 50 State Initative.

It still exists, its just never mentioned.

I love Superior Foes. So sad that not enough people read it.

This was going to happen sooner or later, but it's a real shame because they were fantastic series. Now where will we get Kaine/Hummingbird awesomeness and the resolution of the aztec story?
Favourite DC Characters: Supergirl, Pandora, Red Lantern Bleez, Batgirl (Babs), Larfleeze, Green Arrow

Maybe Foes is ending because some of the characters have been bookmarked for a new volume of Thunderbolts?

I guess that means the New Warriors will live on in Nova, who surprisingly is lasting longer then his own team book.

It's not that surprising. Nova has benefited from cross-overs plus the New Warriors launch announcement was a clue on how the series would fare. I like what Yost has done but a lot of fans were hoping for the older team.
