...Roman is soooo fucked come Payback.

And RIP for the ref, who was at ground zero of that superplex.

The ref took one HELL of a bump.

I'm not usually a fan of super big guys, but WWE has actually made me like Strowman. I'd have thought that impossible last year, but he's improved tremendously.

Suplex off the top to break the ring. How original!

It's done infrequently enough that it was still cool.

The other aspect of it worth noting is that Braun got up. That doesn't normally happen.

The ref made that spot work. In slow motion, it wasn't a good super plex.

I don't think there was a person watching, either in the arena, or watching at home, who wasn't thinking, "These two big dudes are going to break the ring."

That said, as predictable as it was, it was still fun to watch. Also, if Reigns loses to Strowman at Payback, how do you promote Reigns as a credible threat to Brock Lesnar's title?

I think twice in 10 + years is infrequent enough for it to still be considered a fun moment

and hope that refs ok, he took a fun ride

They can theoretically do a 3 match series with Roman winning in the end, Roman will still be ready to go. He already beat Braun once so at worst a loss ties them up.

I'm surprised this Six Pack Challenge on tonight's Smackdown is for the WWE Championship rather than the United States Championship.

Winner gets destroyed by Baron Corbin? Or Nakamura? Or Styles?

I guess Mojo has momentum. But Mahal and Ziggler are coming off of losses. Orton has already dispatched Rowan and Harper. Worst #1 Contenders match for a world title ever.

I see Corbin costing Zayn the match and being put in a program together, Nakamura is being put into a program with Ziggler, and Styles is #1 Contender for the United States Championship. All for Backlash. So it's either Mojo, Rowan, Harper, or Mahal. It feels a lot more like mid-card contenders rather than main title. I don't know, it'll be interesting to see where they go with this match.

Unless Corbin takes Zayn out of the match and takes his place?

Finally give up on Reigns, Strowman next world champ.
