Ultimately a reaction is a reaction.
There are multiple ways to get someone to become a draw. Good work rate is one if you can really connect with the crowd and get them emotionally invested in the story you're telling in the ring. But there are plenty of wrestlers who were proven strong draws even if they strictly speaking weren't great workers. Ultimate Warrior for example. Not to speak ill of the dead, but a lot of his matches weren't exactly classics. But people paid to see him.
Ideally you should at least be descent at every aspect of sports entertainment (in-ring work, promos, etc) but it's at least possible to be a draw by being GREAT at just one aspect. Not ideal, but possible.

i really doubt jindrak is getting a real push/opportunity here. regardless of how well or poorly he performs, he'll be back where he was. this is what's called be used more than pushed imo.
that said i don't recall ever seeing a great ginger match but i do enjoy his knee based offense. i'll keep my mind open, see what they can do.
that's actually kind of sad when you consider the talent they have assembled. they could have a great balance of workrate and storyline to go with their already top notch production.
