Yeah. I just recently described the path from 2011 to now to someone on reddit, and it took me five paragraphs to explain the co-existence of the pre and post Flashpoint Supermen, how they combined, and why Lex is Superman. I didn't even get into how poorly I think they combined...

Like I said in that comment: "there's good comics involved at every single stage of this operation, but when you look at the whole thing as a single arc, it kind of looks like DC has no idea what they're doing."

I caught a few episodes back in the day. I couldn't tell if it was supposed to be a LOSH show featuring Kal-El (who weirdly was clearly Superboy in S1, but full-on Superman in S2) or a Superman show featuring the LOSH.

Was Supes the main character? Or in every episode?

Superman was in every episode, but he wasn't always the lead. Still, I'd say that he had the greatest number of episodes as the lead character.

Actually, he might not have been in every episode of season 2, but if he wasn't in a given episode, then Superman X definitely was. Besides Kal and Kel, Brainiac Five was probably the character most likely to be the lead in any given story, but any character could be the lead. Lightning Lad had a good few, Bouncing Boy had at least one, Phantom Girl, etc. Some Legionnaires were weirdly underrepresented, like Cosmic Boy (who was only in a couple episodes if I recall correctly) and especially Ultra Boy, who was there, but not given the kind of primacy that teenage super-powered Han Solo deserves.

Still, if I had to say who the main character was overall, insomuch as there was one, it was Superman.

Ah, good to know that about the LOSH cartoon. Never understood why they created Kel-El / Superman X instead of just using Lar Gand / Mon-El.

Now, how 'bout some cool statues/figures?

    The Jim Lee Post-COIE Superman

The New 52 Superman (aka Nuperman)

    The Rebirth/pre-Reborn Superman (aka Superdad)

Sorry, can't find a solo statue/ figure of the most current / merged / Reborn Superman anywhere yet.

Those are beautiful. I think aside from the Vs Ali set, those would be the only figures I'd own, in order.

On this day in 1992, Charles and Eddie were on the charts over in the UK. I was dreaming of the Ninja Turtle birthday cake to come shortly and... Superman died against Doomsday!

Look Up In The Sky! The Amazing Story of Superman is a fantastic documentary, which is a must watch for any Superman fan or comic fan or anyone interested in popular culture.

No matter how many reboots, new origins, reinterpretations or suit redesigns. In the end, he will always be SUPERMAN

Had no idea they made a Classic Doomsday vs Battle-Damaged Superman 2-pack action figure set:
