The manga Imori 201 is still as funny as ever. I'm currently reading it.

I have read the translated chapters 1-2 of Sachiiro no One Room manga. In the story, a 14-year old school girl was kidnapped by an older man and ends up falling in love with her kidnapper.

Suki ni Naranai yo, Senpai is an excellent manga for me to read. I sort of like it.

Summary: Falling in love with a painting while at a school's festival, Iku is able to meet the gentle high schooler who created it. She falls in love at first sight and with that feeling in her heart, decides to enroll in that high school! But, what happens when she joins the art club and discovers her gentle prince has disappeared and a sleazeball has taken his place?!

I read it this morning, I've been feeling down about it the entire day. Not even big on Kenshin, but I know it's influence in a lot of people's tastes on anime and manga, I can't imagine how they must feel.

The one that wrote Toriko was also a pedophile as well.

    From ANN:
The Tokyo Metropolitan Police has charged 47-year-old manga creator Nobuhiro Watsuki (real name Nobuhiro Nishiwaki) with simple possession of child pornography on Tuesday. Watsuki allegedly owned DVDs with footage of girls in early teens.

I doubt he was possessing lolicon hentai anime, which is legal in Japan. So he was possessing real child porn. Looks like he is really in deep trouble. I wonder if the Rurouni Kenshin fans are still buying and keeping his manga anymore?

Japan seems to be also trying to control the hentai/loli fever. A little late, but better than never. I think it depends of the fans, I know at least in the west, everyone feels dissapointed.

On another note, I finished YYH, it's a good manga, though I feel the ending was whatever and the tournament arc at the end seemed a rehash of the first tournament arc. It's amazing, but I feel Hunter x Hunter is better.

Been a while, but I want to say that YYH's last bit was another case of editorial extension. Togashi was starting to have medical issues and had wanted to wrap it up earlier, but was asked to keep it going.

With Hunter x Hunter, Togashi applied what he learned doing Yu Yu Hakusho, as well as all the extra ideas he had that he could not work into YYH. It probably helps that YYH showed that Togashi knew what he was doing, and earned him the respect he needed to do HxH how he wants to do it.

Oh, I see! It seems like he indeed didn’t want to do the last arcs, editorial interference can suck sometimes :/

How is Btoooom!? This series sounds interesting, but I understand there are some rape sequences in it, which puts me off.
