    Announced last December, Marvel has released the "Mortal Variant" cover for "Death of Wolverine" #1, part of a retailer exchangeability program.

    Just like Ultimate Spider-Man (#156 I believe?) with Spider-Man against a gravestone that said Parker in the exact same position that Wolverine is in.

    Pretty dull cover from Ed McGuinness. I prefer it when his covers have more energy and "life" (pun intended).

    His X-Sanction covers are still some of my favorites.
