They're not calling it "Batman '66 meets the Avengers"? I wonder why?

Always good to see another Batman '66 mini-series. Keep 'em coming, DC.
"Why do the trunks not "hold up with the times"? What exactly is the problem with them? And don't tell me "nobody wears them" because nobody dresses in a blue body suit and red cape and boots either.

It's a superhero costume. It's the original superhero costume. It's not real clothing, it's not bound to the ever-changing fashion trends of real life. It's nothing like real life clothing. How exactly can it become outdated?"

Obviously DC is trying to keep a couple of people from thinking Mrs. Cathy Gale might be in the book.

So glad that Man from UNCLE didn't kill it.

Love the cover. I wonder if it has hidden meaning.

The Dark Knight is on white but the white knight is on black.

Robin is the only one on 2 colors; even the corpse is mostly on black.

    Interesting.

It's nice to see there's still some life in Batman '66 on the comic side, and this looks like a lot of fun .

I normally enjoy Batman 66 but I could not finish the UNCLE team up.
I have no beef with Vegans

I remember Avengers being announced first and then Man from UNCLE.
And then when the movie didn't do as good as was hoped, I was afraid the Avengers crossover was going to get shelved.
