    I posted a few pics from our Cruise on the "Picture of yourself" thread.

    but just to tease, here we are on an ostrich farm on Aruba (note the bird pretending to be a palm tree behind me. .his neck blends in!).

    You seem to be enjoying yourself on those pictures, bert, how did you like Aruba? My dad's from that neck of the isles.

    it was fun, in particular the rock formations, and the Salt ponds.

    although, to be honest, I much preferred Curacao -- even tho it was SOOOOO much more humid there than any other island we stopped at.
    But Curacao not only was beautiful to look at, but the Hato caves were amazing, we won in the casino, and we LOVED the Aquarium. . . so if I go back, Curacao is top of my re-visit list.

    I've never been but I heard they were beautiful. Hopefully I'll get the chance to go one day.
