Unless Danny lands a shot with the Iron Fist, or does his ground pound, I'm going with Matt.

That ground pound went off like a decent sized bomb, at the very least it'd deafen matt pretty severely.

Add to this the presentation was completely different, Matt could wade through large numbers of enemies but took a beating doing it, if Rand wasn't poisoned or chi blocked or otherwise handicapped he decimated pretty much everyone he faced. Also the Iron Fist itself is kinda deal braking given that Matt can't block it, Danny shattered plenty of steel weapons with it, blocked a direct hit from a bullet, punched large through large steel doors and door frame , etc.

More Danny, will point out he was being heavily sedated during this time and used the pain to burn through the drugs

If you say so. His fight scenes just didn't impress me. He seemed too stiff.
But yeah, like you said, all he has to do is the ground pound or land a hit with the Iron Fist and he wins.

And finally I'll point out that at his peak Danny was treating Scythe, a high level Hand operative, like Neo was treating Agent Smith after resurrecting, and this was after running a gauntlet against Bride of Spiders and the Russian butchers, can't find a clip but it's the whole standing sideways and blocking everything one handed while seemingly not paying attention routine.

Btw, am I the only one who thinks the Drunken Master should've been a Big Bad instead bearded guy? Bakuto was just not interesting or menacing at all, while Drunken Master's fight with Danny was the best in the show.

That episode was one of the high points of the series, Hoon Lee owned every scene he was in, I mean they got Master Splinter to play Lei Kung.

    Edit:
Also mandatory Netflix MCU hallway scene, yes everyone now has one

Restrict Danny's chi to make this fair. Otherwise he stomps.Daredevil all day ever day. Perfect bloodlust of wtv means Danny is fighting at peak focus like he did in Episode 6 end.

Way too much jump cutting in those scenes. It's a crutch to allow actors to pull off a move or two at a time.

Eh. I'm up to episode 7 and Iron Fist just isn't that impressive. Matt was decimating groups or armed men Batman-style when he was going. Noted that took stealth, but still. Danny has trouble with a single mook, and manages to screw up enough that he stabs a bystander. Also, Daredevil as much larger damage soak, Matt gets gutted and beat up to a much higher extent and brushes it off, Iron Fist gets slashed in the arm and needs medical treatment?

But logically, Iron Fist should still take it. Iron Fist pound the ground, deafen Matt, one shot. Matt should still be the better fighter, but he has no answer to that.

Iron Fist for sure. With the iron fist one he can one shot Daredevil.

Danny's only real weaknesses are drugs or ranged weapons, and Daredevil only has his batons which he can only really throw twice.
