Default Image Comics poll week 28 - Mage: The Hero returns!

Hey yall, another week another poll! Vote vote vote vote!

Last week's poll was a tight race actually, Snotgirl had a 1 point lead for a while, but Stray Bullets: Sunshine & Roses swept in for a late-game victory!

This week's notable releases: Eternal Empire reveals some new powers for our lead characters, Kill Or Be Killed wraps up a storyline, whilst Violent Love begins a new one. Youngblood and The Divided States of Hysteria get reprints of earlier issues, so those probably sold better than anticipated. Lastly, Matt Wagner's Mage: The Hero Discovered gets reprint to coincide with...

...this week's new series Mage: The Hero Denied. This is the third and final instalment of the fantasy series, following the Mage Discovered and Mage Defined arcs. This one gets billed as #0 issue though, to serve as a jump-on point for new readers, bringing them up to speed as to what they missed. It's also half-priced, so might be a shorter issue?

Deadly Class and Kill or Be Killed for me. Excited for both.. feel like it's been a while since I had an Image comic to pick up.

If you're only gonna buy one book it might as well be Monstress. Love that series.

Haven't read Eternal Empire yet, but Kill or Be Killed is just amazing. It's my hope that the 'demon' is really all in the kid's mind; but past experience (Fatale) suggests it'll sooner or later be revealed as 'real'. Meanwhile, a well-written, well-drawn, wild ride.

I don't know, but it wasn't in my pull this week, either [Mage 0]. Anyone else?

An excellent choice. I have the floppies on pull to read upon release but I also get the trade to be able to easily reread the story arcs in their entirety.

    KOBK #10 for me.

Kill or Be Killed was excellent. Really muddied the waters on how much of the demon is real.
