Default Weakest individual to solo live action Spider-Man villains

Starting with Raimi's trilogy and ending with the recent Spider-Man: Homecoming movie, these are the Spider-Man villains we've seen in live action movies:

    Green Goblin (Dafoe)
    Doctor Octopus
    Venom
    Sandman
    Lizard
    Electro
    Rhino
    Green Goblin (DeHaan)
    Vulture
    Shocker

Who is the weakest individual to solo them all (try to avoid the cop- out of picking telepaths! )?

*is sad that we've had Shocker and Rhino before Mysterio and Kraven*

Don't think we'll ever get Kraven tbh.

Why did you leave off Franco Goblin?

    a) He didn't start as or end up as a villain.
    b) It's the same suit as Dafoe's. Would be like including two Shockers even though the one piece of equipment was passed between two people.

Might he struggle with Electro and maybe Sandman?

There's a lot of weird stuff to deal with here!

Sandman is not an easy guy to take down. There are only two ways as shown in the film. Either wet him and turn him into mud, or heat him up and turn him into glass. Neither of them actually kills him by the way.

I think his force abilities could take care of them along with a lightsaber.

    Can't see it.

One is made of sand in an arena that is made of sand (which he can merge with).

The other is made of pure electricity and I don't see how the force or a lightaber is affecting that.

Squirrel Girl would be the weakest (and Marvel Plot Armor silliest). But a real assessment would probably be Mr. Terrific (DC) or Red Tornado. I probably can think of something else lower but the Sandman legit knock out is giving me an issue.

Super Johnny Storm (Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer) could do it.

    b) Wait what? The suits and gliders were completely different, and so were parts of the equipment (Goblin jr had a sword for example).

Harry also didn't have the feats on level with his dad afair.

It is an evolution of the same suit. It is specifically referred to as being his dad's suit. It would be like including Pepper Potts as a version of Iron Man because she wore one version of Tony Stark's Iron Man armour once.

Moreover, I reiterate that Harry Osborn isn't a villain and this is a thread about Spider-Man villains. Just because he fell out with Spider-Man and fought him because he thought he killed his dad, I'm not going to include him in a list of villains any more than I'd include War Machine, Thor or Captain America as MCU villains because they fought Iron Man.
