However, it is a very important thing to keep in mind that there is a difference.
For example, imagine an attack that simply cannot hurt Superman.
Now, imagine that attack can hurt Hulk.
The person throwing said attack can hit them both, unanswered (say from superspeed), millions and millions of times.
Eventually, that person could possibly 10-count Hulk but could never 10-count Superman.
Unless the regen is faster than the attack, of course.

That is the reason there must be a distinction when saying a comment like that.
Sure. You could also have a hypothetical single attack strong enough to knock out Hulk that Superman would still be conscious after. However, in this specific case, choptop is more right than wrong. Even if Ultron can hurt Doomsday (and honestly, we don't see Doomsday damaged on camera by the nuke+fall from orbit, just evolving from it, so it is hard to say that definitively) it isn't going to be meaningful because of the healing.

Well, he was definitely damaged by the Nuke considering that he evolved.
But his recovery was insanely fast.
However, as I mentioned in my first post, it is pretty clear Ultron is not dropping him for a 10-Count.
But at base form, he is not particularly durable so much as has rapid recovery/evolution.

DCEU Doomsday whether pre-nuke or post nuke would curbstomp Vibranium Ultron.
Ultron has absolutely no way of hurting or slowing him down.
DCEU Doomsday tanked a 300kt nuke at point blank, and got stronger.
Not even the entire MCU Avengers can put him down.
    This matchup is borderline spite.

If only luthor could have created a bizzaro doomsday then it would make it a even battle perhaps.
